One of the best sources for movie downloads are Torrents, so if you are looking for some of them, i recommend sites such as mininova.org, isohunt.com, torrentspy.com.

i suggest use uTorrent, small but feature packed, low memory footprint(6mb compared to other 20+ mb) and low cpu usage

Yes, uTorrent is recommended. Its lightweight, but it does the job well. And Stage6 has actually became one of my addictions .
