-another suggestion: clean your ears using a matchstick with cotton on it ? -is this helpful?

I use cotton buds to clean my ears..thanks for this note!this become my wake up calls..

I am using cotton buds every day after bath, I hope i don't get any infection, I'll stop using it right now!

Oh nice one. My Mom always tell me to clean my ears everyday. But I think it's not good. Alternations of days is good.
