choose an image that you want to have a rounded corners.
step 1 duplicate ur image.
step 2 select the rounded rectangle tool in the tools
set the paths like the image below.. set the radius 15 PX

step 3do the rounded tool like this

step 4 go to paths

now u can delete it by draging the workpath to the trashcan
Step 5:
Be sure you are back on the layers pallet and have the duplicate layer selected (should be labled Background Copy).
Click select-inverse (or Shift+ctl+I).
step 6 ;

hit-edit clear .
step 7 save it as gif....
