i've seen some open threads in the recycle bin. uhm. is that alright?

Good idea meng, i was thinking about putting up something like this here on the Backstage too. And for the Recycle Bin, i think its just ok for some few threads in there to be left open, no none visits that section anyway. But of course, its always good to close it first before moving the thread there. And also, I think its also good if all of us Mods can also moderate the Recycle Bin. You know, some members might request for their trashed threads to get revived. But Im not really insisting on this, since requests for thread revival happens rarely.

That's a cool suggestion meng~ That'll help a lot in keeping track of the things to moderate. Sometimes we can just loose track of all reports.
