When i applied this moving photo gallery trick, the glowing stopped only on the photo gallery. other photos still glow. but why did it stop there?

No luck, Razian.
I commented out my old glowing code and put on your new glowing code.
It didnt work. No images were glowing, and the moving photos in the photo gallery
were not glowing.

Feruzz, I tried changing the HEX color to #ff0033 (RED), all it did was to add a red border around the moving photos. No glowings occur. Please look at my profile:

I donno what do you want...the code will just make the photo border glow....
there's nothing to do to make your photo glow...

Use the one posted by Feruzz earlier if you want to glow the images and at the same time move them up and down. see my photo gallery on my profile to see the action.
