you should follow the step correctly...
next you should generate it through www.markyctrigger.com or codedspirit.com you can make it work by following the steps correctly... just have patience ok???

if you've followed the steps correctly in generating and still doesnt work..
probably the problem is already on your html codes itself..
try to make sure that you've encoded it properly..
