Both bands are from Germany and are both popular worldwide
Both bands are competing against eachother even in the music charts
Though Tokio Hotel is one of the first rock bands who made it big in Germany
Cinema Bizarre..a "Visual Kei" rock band is catching up with them
Tokio Hotel is from Magdeburg, Germany
Cinema Bizarre is from Berlin, Germany
Both Popular bands not only create good and catchy music...Both lead vocalists of both bands look alike and they're undeniably good looking..

[b]I've heard some songs of cinema bizarre and i do not find something unique in them.,they are just like the "other" bands., tokio hotel is one of the bands you would surely remember once you hear them., for example,when you heard their song, you would surely say "ahh,that's tokio hotel". Unlike when you hear the song of other bands im always like "what's that band again?"coz they all sound the same.,no sense of uniqueness.,even the beat of the music.tsk tsk.,
Also, Bill Kaulitz is my husband so I go for Tokio Hotel.
