For me, it's gonna be [b] Linkin Park[/b]...they have been performing all over the world since the 2000s!! And in every album they have, there are songs that make into the charts!!

I agree with the thread starter completely.
When I saw the title of this thread I immediately thought of Rihanna.
It can't be Jonas Bros. because they weren't playing music in the early decade and not everyone likes the Jo Bros. not all of us are raging fangirls. 
Miley Cyrus' songs may sound nice when your young, but when you have a really edgy taste you'll realize that they're lyrics are pretty cheesy. 
Though the tune is quite catchy.
Rihanna's songs on the other hand (for my opinion) are meaningful, catchy, lively, fresh and young.

Hmm .. In my own opinion, I doubt there's ever gonna be another artist of the decade. since too many different kinds of genres are imerging, there are too many choices. So many people, and so many different "likes". So I doubt there's gonna be one, unless some artist is gonna grab the attention of every single music-lover, which I doubt will ever happen again. I guess the Beetles shall live on.. Hahaha
