Anyway, I am thinking of making an overlay and this is my model...

are you asking if it's possible to make that into an overlay layout? if so then, YES
with the right tools, knowledge & patience you can create a layout with any kind of image.

I kinda change the model but anyway, it is about 75% complete...
um, notice that there is a scrollbar in my old model? How can I code it? I code it many times but it wont show up T_T
