I'm just gonna teach u how to use ur downloaded brushes..
Step 1.You have to download a brush first. you can go to www.deviantart.com or you can find sum here.
Step 2.Now,you want to use it,befor u want to use it,you have to test it first.You just click CTRL N and make the right size or more also can!!Or just follow dis:

Well,i used 532x302 and white 
Step 2.Now,Click The Brush Tool.And Choose your desire color.!

Step 3.Now,click at the top there. Just follow dis:

Step 4.Scroll to the bottom.

Step 5. DONE!! You have ur brush!!

[sup]I think u forgot another thing, If your going to download a brush from a certain site, u minus well have to upload it to ur Photoshop first...[/sup]
before scrolling the 4th step:

Go to the directory where you saved your brush [abr file] and upload it..
