make a new document.. (any size,, i used 400x150) and u can put some color to it.. its optional according to ur design..

make a new layer and using lasso tool or pen tool.. make your desire design for teh border

wow. techy border tuts. i hope i will get it btw. dont forget to use the [b]SHIFT[/b] when you're using the pen tool or any other tools for making a straight line

oh good. i just learned how to make tech border too.
nice tutorial nina. XD
anyway. i want to give some tips. use [b]Polygonal Lasso Tool[/b] when measuring teh border style, and hold [b]Shift[/b] so the border will be moar "techy". and after give teh blending options. you can delete some parts on teh border too. (adding circle/square).

I use Polygonal Lasso Tool, invert the selected shape, add blending.
