tip: arrange the circle to fit the eye.
then choose the eye that is circled.
7th: add some designs on it to make it attractive

that tutorial is for the people who don't have any PS.
PS is big
then photoscape is just 11mb (i think)
photoscape can also make like that

Teh outcome wasn't taht organized. I mean it is definitely obvious taht you've inserted a circle in your eye.
still- its moar better to color your eyes in photoshop. O_O

The outcome isn't that realistic. (No offense) It's just like adding a basic brush in photoshop and lowering the brush's opacity.
