Oh gaaa. It’s 7am and I had to get up to take a shower and get dressed. This is what I get for giving up my ‘princess’ life at Britain. Flashnews: I STRAIGHTENED UP. *laughs* Earth Language: I don’t go partying every night. I study hard (yeah right!). I’ve been keeping a low profile lately. It’s been a month and there’s no sign of recognition or tabloids with my face and with a headline ‘PRINCESS IN SCHOOL’.  All’s well – so far. “Hey Carol.” Jenny smiled at me. She’s my best-est friend here at Stradmore. “Hey Jenny.” I answered back. She’s simple, unlike my previous friends at Britain. She doesn’t live here in the dorm because she’s rich – filthy rich. But she keeps hush-hush about it even when the “PUSSYCATS” bullies her. I don’t even know why. And about that.. for the first time in my whole life, I was BULLIED. And damn, it felt good. “Carol, would you like a notebook?” She asked. “A notebook? Yeah, sure, why not.” I answered nicely. I actually need a new notebook for my Chemistry class. “I’ll give it to you tomorrow.” She smiled and we proceeded at our first class. When we walked in, the “PUSSYCATS” kept looking at us – they always do, by the way. It’s not what we call a “nice” look, but it’s more of a ‘I-hate-her’ look. The “Pussycats” are composed of four girls with raging hormones and nice bodies, nice cars, nice houses, nice faces, rich ‘rents and hot boyfriends. They’re like the Mean Girls’ The Plastics and I’m like Cady Heron, the new girl in town.. only I didn’t join their so-called sisterhood and I’m not from Africa (if you’ve watched Mean Girls, you’ll definitely get what I am saying). Anyway, I talked to Cathy Stewart, the third in command, and honestly, she’s not that bad. We’re classmates at English and she’s actually great. She’s got this great belief that abstinence is the greatest contraception to sex. And believe it or not, she said she’s a virgin... like me, of course. So okay, I’ll just enumerate the other three and give you a brief ‘getting-to-know’ description. The mother queen of the sluts is the one and only Britney Stiles. She’s this typical blonde American girl that you see in movies – like Regina George, the meanest. She’s got a hot boyfriend named Luke Morgan who’s a quarterback at the football team of the school. Second in command or the official right hand is Ashley Cruise. They said Tom Cruise is her uncle which of course is not true (I bet!). I mean, okay, they look the same or something like that, but it would be very absurd if Tom Cruise is really her uncle. Ridiculous. (I’ll skip Cathy) And the last but not the least, Michelle Tatsuya. She’s a Japanese. She once belonged to the “COOL” asian group until the PUSSYCATS absorbed her. How funny. I even saw her old picture and damn, she changed a lot. Yeah, those are the “royalties” of our school. And me? I’m yet to be discovered as the real one. *grins* After our English Class, I directly went into my Art Class. I love arts. It’s in my blood. That’s the only thing I loved growing up as a Princess. You can visit all the museums in the world, art exhibits and even meet the most famous in the business. But too bad, I can’t tell this all to my teacher and classmates. Besides of the fact that I myself love art, I also love looking at James Hendrick... I mean, his works. *giggles* He’s such a babe. I haven’t actually talked to him yet, why is that? Because I’m shy. Hell yeah, I’m really, really shy. I guess this is the first time I’ve been so shy around a guy. He’s really terrific! And also his works. *giggles again* I sat at the farthest corner of the room (where I usually sit and where I can have a full view of James Hendrick without others noticing me). Then Marco (Polo, just kidding) Yunovich sat beside me because he’s hitting on Sandra for some time now. He and James are really good friends. “Hey Caroline.” Marco greeted me. “Hey Marco. How’s it going with Sandra?” I winked. “No progress. She won’t even talk to me, what more going out with me.” “Don’t feel bad. She’s just giving you a “patience” test. Trust me, I know it.” I winked again. Marco grinned and suddenly, James entered the room. “Hey James!” Marco called out. James looked at our way and I suddenly panicked (not literally!). You know, blood came rushing at my face making me red (I bet), butterflies all over my stomach (what if he goes here and talks to us?), heart pounding fast and knees weakening. James walked to us and they had a guy-to-guy handshake. “What’s up with you?” Marco asked him. James is not your typical HOT GUY. He’s HOT – but not really, you know, the jocks type. He’s just HOT. He’s tall and lean and he has a body built for kicking balls at the soccer field. Honestly, he actually looks like some kid of a duke or counts or something. And he’s crazy! “Hey.” He smiled at Marco. “I’ve been busy practicing Soccer this few days.” He suddenly turned his head on me. “And this is?” He asked Marco. “Your new girl? Thought your hitting on with Sandra? Got no chances eh?” That’s when I noticed his American mixed with a little of British accent. It sounded like my accent. You know, like you have originally a British accent and you got used to the American accent, and when you talk, it combines to something like Australian. I’m not really sure. “Oh. Yeah!” Marco laughed. What the hell are you saying?! “Uhm.. Hi, I’m-“ “Caroline.” He smiled. OMG. He knows me. “How did you-“ I felt my face flushed red. “It’s in your notebook.” He pointed my notebook with my big name on it. “Who wouldn’t notice your PINK notebook with your name doodled on it.” He laughed. “Oh, right.” I was totally disappointed. He continued to flash his smile. “I’m James Hendrick. Nice meeting you Caroline.” “Me too!” I squeaked. He laughed. “You’re cute.” He moved away back to his seat and set up his painting materials. I waved at him and I saw Marco stared at me like.. “okay.. what’s up” look. I just smiled at him sweetly and went my way.
