Seems pretty simple, and repetitive blah blah blah, yes? Ok, here's the new stuff... In the beginning, everyone is free to attack in whatever way they desire, whoever they desire, but as the game progresses, new objectives shall become avaliable, namely, the declarance of [b]Pangulo[/b], the ability to [b]Make a Pact[/b], and the ability to [b]declare an Alliance[/b]. [b]Pangulo[/b] - When a clan is knocked down to [b]30 points[/b], the ability to declare a [b]Pangulo[/b] is permitted. Only one person has that power, and that person is whoever has made the most attacks for that clan. When 30 points or lower is reached, only that person can make a post claiming Pangulo for that clan - ALL ATTACKS WILL HALT ON ALL CLANS until there are two confirmations that person is the majority leader on attacks, AND that a Pangulo has been declared for a clan. This sole-decider can claim the title for himself, or for another in his clan. As a Pangulo, a player has the ability to Make a Pact and form an Alliance. [b]Make a Pact[/b] - If a Pangulo finds his clan in really bad shape, he can choose the option to Make a Pact. This means that he can pick any one alliance in the game to grant 3 of his flags to, and in turn, he spares his clan from that clan's attacks for a period of [b]25 attacks[/b] (total, including as his own men attack other clans). Any number of pacts can be made, but all pacts overlap. For example, if the [b]Kapri Pangulo[/b] makes a pact with the [b]Aswang clan[/b] and the [b]Leon clan[/b] at the same time, each of those two clans recieves 3 flags, the [b]Kapri loses 6 flags[/b], and for 25 total attacks, no attacks may be made from the [b]Aswang[/b] or the [b]Leon[/b] against the [b]Kapri[/b]. However, warriors from the [b]Kapri[/b] are still free to attack the [b]Aswang [/b]and [b]Leon[/b] clans. [b]Alliance[/b] - When a clan reaches [b]10 flags or lower[/b], a Pangulo may choose to fight on to the end, or make the ultimate sacrifice. If a Pangulo declares an Alliance, he can give up the remaining points of his entire clan to any other clan he chooses, in turn, giving up his position as Pangulo but giving his support to that other clan in turn. A Pangulo, once declared, is not the sole-fighter in a clan. There can be any number of warriors fighting for a clan, whether you support your Pangulo or not. Just remember, your decision in the beginning might effect the role of leadership later on. (If a Pangulo is inactive for days, the next highest attacker may claim the role. If a Pangulo knows he will be absent, he may also pass on the role (but in effect, he might be forever giving it up, since the new Pangulo will have sole-power over whether the title is given back or not.) [i]I will do my best to monitor for errors in toll, and to notify when a pact begins and ends. But feel free, if you are certain something is wrong, or something major has happened to help by noting and fixing errors, confirming attack count for Pangulo positions, and stating when a pact has ended.[/i][/spoiler] May the first blade fly!
