I have encountered that worm. I don't think a spyware remover can help you. if I'm not mistaken this type of threat is a worm or hybrid . I disagree its a pure Trojan, pure Trojan is not capable of replicating (according to my teacher).
here's my advice:
try downloading Kaspersky or other well-known anti-virus and install it on your system.(look for the latest version) just use some temporary keys. you really don't have to update its database. after installing scan your entire system. (D:,C:,etc) and that it. hope this works.
