^ i am using pctools antivirus and spywaredoctor 6.0 and detected that virus " [b]Worm.IM.Sohanad [/b]" its removed already.. but it keeps coming back..
after i deleted the virus.. after awhile it comes back .. i see " [b]newfolder.exe[/b] " on my documents and shareddocs again .. and the worst things is that our other computer is infected too .. pls help.. ( excuse me english )

The link said try using SpywareDoctor for removing the virus.. Have you tried that?

maybe its a spyware... try to use effective anti spyware

same virus at my school..we have kaspersky,,and it was deleted..

I have encountered that worm. I don't think a spyware remover can help you. if I'm not mistaken this type of threat is a worm or hybrid . I disagree its a pure Trojan, pure Trojan is not capable of replicating (according to my teacher).
here's my advice:
try downloading Kaspersky or other well-known anti-virus and install it on your system.(look for the latest version) just use some temporary keys. you really don't have to update its database. after installing scan your entire system. (D:,C:,etc) and that it. hope this works.

back up and restore? Restoring is always the solution! lolz [Not Reaally!]

[b]XoftspySE.. really it delete that sohada..
but u need some license for it..
the thing is it is so fast can't take for a minute then it shows up the affected area...
don't run any files wen u were running the xoft of any anti virus wen scanning coz every time u hover some item.. sohada will take effect on the hovered files u hav...
it's a trojan..... and i encontered it before...
but after it will disable ur task manager and folder option...[/b]
