Theres a letter sender who is now in the jail. He is asking help to the authority for further investigation. He was working as a waiter in a popular cafe in Makati City, Philippines and live in a simple life. After working hours he was walking in a street side when he saw a man bleeding and in the middle of life and death. So, since he has a good heart he used to help the man and bring to the hospital. After a couple of minutes waiting for the result of a man which was shot in the heart, the doctor come out. The doctor said that the man did not survive. The investigator came and he was the one pointed out the investigator as the killer. Now he is in the 4th year inside the jail and paying for the debt which he didnt do.

The Investigator in that story was a dumb one. How did he come up with the conclusion that the person who brought the victim to the hospital was the killer? What was his evidence against the accused?

if this is true, then [b]eBay Ghost[/b] is right. The investigator was quite dumb. And even if justice come down in his favor, the psychological and physical damage have been inflicted into him. As we commonly hear, "justice delayed, is justice denied!"

Correct me if i'm wrong but I think you need a WITNESS and EVIDENCE(S) when you are presented in the court. Accusing a person just because he was there, for which he helped the poor man, is not enough to say that he really was the one responsible.

guys, dont be mad at the investigator.. blame the judge!! even if the investigator had his theory, the good man wont suffer in jail if the judge didnt approve it.. why did he pressumed the man as guilty when the investigator had no evidences?
