You need: adobe photoshop patience

Let's start. 1. Create a new document, follow the one shown below. [img]http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj59/emo_gurl_214/untitled-11.jpg[/img] 2. choose bright green as your foreground and black for your background [img]http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj59/emo_gurl_214/colors.png[/img] 3. Select [u]type tool [/u] and choose [u]type mask tool[/u] [img]http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj59/emo_gurl_214/t.jpg[/img] 4. Type anything you want , choose any font you like. after you type yor text should be like this: [img]http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj59/emo_gurl_214/malow-9.jpg[/img] 5. And then, Choose Edit ï¿½ Fill ï¿½ Foreground Color. Your text will look leik this: [img]http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj59/emo_gurl_214/malows.jpg[/img] 6.Go to Select> feather 2 pixels [img]http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj59/emo_gurl_214/malows-1.png[/img] 7. Choose Filter ï¿½ Blur ï¿½ Radial Blur. follow the one shown below: [img]http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj59/emo_gurl_214/blur.png[/img] 8. Repeat step #7 [img]http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj59/emo_gurl_214/untitled-10.png[/img] 9.
