download this:

once you finish downloading,
open the Water Reflection Animation (GIF)
you will see this:

click the folder, and choose the image you want to reflect.[/b]
then you will see two images, its reflected already, but no animation yet.

[b]click the "Animation"[/b]

you will see now, its moving.
if you want the water to be fast, lessen the image by 5 (or below).
if you want the water to be slow put it 10 (or above).
Note:
the higher the image number, the higher the file size.
it depends on you.
if you want to lessen the height of the water reflection, just drop-down the "height number"
then save it.

yeah, many website can perform this.
but its different because they can adjust the speed of the water and the height.
