"I'm really sorry for what I did, I would understand if you will not forgive me but please accept my apologies."
And you really have to mean it, if you say your sorry, you'd better be!

Well, just because you got caught that doesn't mean you don't have to say sorry. That is the time you SHOULD say you are sorry because you CHEATED!

For me, sorry seems to be the hardest word but if i did something wrong then i have to say sorry like 'babe im really so sorry,just give me another chance & i will make it up to you'

^^ i would say soory in this way... " can you please forgive me, and let's forget what happened because i didn't think what i was doing.. If you give another chance I would assure you it'll be a very different person in a good way

you should look her in the eyes and say that you're sorry for everything you've done and hope that she finds it in her heart to forgive you.
just be sincere and it'll work out fine. prove to her that you're really sorry
