for me happiness leads to success... like bad_boy20 said if your not happy in your work or job, you will not be successful. doing your work/job unhappy makes your work/job not successful and not so beautiful in final that the customer or your co-worker will not be happy.

either way.. when you're happy, you become motivated in becoming successful.. when you're successful, you became happy because of the achievement you've gained..

[/quote] i agree with this, it's like a cycle, very common for the majority. however, some of the posters mentioned that not all who are successful are happy, which is true some maybe successful in business, but his love life sucks...
