heres how to do it
but first you need these software tools:
adobe flash cs3 or 8
adobe fireworks cs3 for nice interface or adobe photoshop cs3
note this works only on overlay profiles
the links will not work inside friendster if ur profile is not an overlay.
sample:

step1:
first create an image icon using photoshop or fireworks
[img]http://aljayizer.com/fre.jpg[/img]
step2:
paste it adobe flash cs3 (note change the pubish settings)

in publish settings change the actionscript to 2.0
[img]http://aljayizer.com/asptut.jpg[/img]
step3: putting an action code in a image
-right click one image movie clip icon(be sure it is a movie clip)

note it is only effective in overlay profile.

-after right click on an icon choose actions

step4: adding links or make a buttons inside the movie clip icon
doublick an icon image

convert the inner image of movieclip to buttons
-after converting click the arrow to exit inside the movie clip icon

step5 adding links to an icon
click an icon and then choose windows>>behaviors

in behavior windows click the the plus button>> then web
then put you url of a desired link of your fs
then click ok then test the movie again

note in making an icon or interface better to use adobe fireworks like this:
sample:
[flash=400x300]http://aljayizer.com/blufsamp.swf[/flash]
this are whole graphics made up of adobe fireworks
difference of adobe photoshop and fireworks
-fireworks is the best in making GUI(graphical user interface) and ICONS.
-while photoshop is for photoediting such as posters,billboards and etc.

aside 4 dis tut if you really dunno understand how to do it i can give you the .fla format and edit the images (exclusively and uniquely edit and replace it with your own image icon)

One thing though, next time,
maybe you want to use the text tool to write words in the screenshot,
i cannot read the words clearly.
