Requirements:
1. Patience
2. Creativity
3. Adobe Photoshop(any version I think, i'm using CS3)

First, Open a new file.

Then Click the Pen tool(P).

Then, make your own shape. For example, a heart.

Then, click Edit>Define Custom Shape..
Then, write the name of the shape.
Then your shape is done.
