You can use the acne removal products out there (i.e. Ponds or Olay but Olay is kinda pexpensive) or you can consult your dermatologist.

derma is way too expensive +for me hehe+
acne removal products especially those containing alcohols may only get the situation worse.. if you're only a teenager i suggest use some mild products..

a product with tea tree oil is good.it dries up pimples easily..you can ask a dermatologist for professional advice.
