Good day once again to everyone! It is now very frequent to read some posts (and topics) related to rules, rule-breakers, members' and Mods' role to maintain a clean and organize forum/community, etc

Good day once again to everyone! It is now very frequent to read some posts (and topics) related to rules, rule-breakers, members' and Mods' role to maintain a clean and organize forum/community, etc. In fact, lots of ideas, suggestions and information had already been shared many, many times. But what caught me most was the members' role in keeping the forum healthy and organize. An active and responsible member will always "see" violations or violators. And since his/her access to the forum tools is limited to posting, editing his post and REPORTing, he/she have to wait for the result of his/her "report" to be actioned. Fortunately, some reports were immediately attended to by the concerned MOD. Whilst some reports have to wait for a certain time, nevertheless, those will not be left unattended. (i'm sure of that..) Now, what is my point? Did any of the so-called responsible member who keeps on performing his/her duty to help maintain the orderliness of this forum being commended by the concerned? Did they ever received any gratitude or word of thanks from the concerned MOD? I know, quite a few will bother to even thank those responsible members. And I know also a few members (in few instances) who were appreciated by MODs for what they are doing. I am not speaking for myself, but for most members who are truly concerned in keeping our forum organized. Praise and thanks to them! My final word: Please, let us inspire and motivate the members.. Thanks and God bless us all!
Did they ever received any gratitude or word of thanks from the concerned MOD?
I am sure that I appreciate and commend members that are concerned with the rules and regulations here in Ftalk. I have some members that can attest to that :) Some members were given reputation for being a good and concerned member BUT I believe the most important gratitude that can be given to the members is RESPECT. For me respect can gain many advantages in this forum. If you know what i mean. Anyway, thanks for opening this feedback kuya jie

I believe that you have answered my query well enough, thereby, may I request the concerned to CLOSE this topic to avoid any unwanted and "unpredicted" reactions from anyone that might lead to something else. :D
