What you can do is to rename either all of your layouts, or some of them. And/or insert some script that will verify the domain/url of the host of the layouts. It's like when you block IE or FF from being viewed with your layout, but this time the url should contain the domain name of your host.

Anyways not only did they repost the layies
but they hack cbox as well

can you report them to blogger or something? or to co.cc?
this is not right.. and if they're a ftalker, they should be punished.. coz some of them dont put credits to their respective authors..

I already did but until now no response 
They did take off my layies but for others they didnt 
And this site I even talked to him using ym
but his hard headed he just dont want to remove it

What the? That guy even asked me before if he can exchange links with my blog. I didn't know that he will redistribute your layouts without your permissions.

all the layouts you can see on his site is from Ftalk
and clearly he didnt ask any permission.
I dont know why they do this
but its disappointing..worse they even say bad things about you.

Its flattering that they've noticed my layouts.. but distributing it without any permission is not. They could just have asked me about it, I'm not that rude you know, hehehe..

maybe these links could go to the hall of shame.. but then, it's not like they altered anything, right? the authors were still credited, plus they're not getting money out of it right? I wouldn't go crazy about this... but sis this is only my opinion.

what i do sometimes is I just ignored it
But if you keep being quiet
They just do more.
I dont really argue with people who say bad things about me cause I dont really care
Just letting all the people here that someone out there is posting layouts
without asking any permission.
Its still all up to the people involve what they
are going to do

i saw some layouts that are familiar to me 
and i didnt noticed that those layouts are from ftalk
