Hi there, sis.
The title of your topic is very interesting and really caught my attention. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed because I thought for a while that I will read something informative concerning the characteristics and qualities of a good leader.
Moreover, with regard to your query, it looks like that "something" is bothering you. And it seems that there is a sentiment or grievance that you wanted to shout out (i can feel it from the words in your siggy..)
Honestly, I cannot agree or disagree with what you are asking, for my comprehension is really vague. Pardon me for that, and let us just wait for some members to answer it in a proper way.

a good leader most know how to handle his/her people
he/she must a responsible person, have patient,understand his/her member
she/he must accept a lost sometimes, he/she cares for his/her member
and do everything to make his/her team succeed
