download stinger [url=http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/]HERE[/url] and install it. disable system restore and reboot in safe mode and scan stinger on safe mode.
the link above have full instruction how to use the stinger. hope this helps...

Try running MSCONFIG and run safe mode.
Go to boot.ini and select /safeboot and network.
This will lead you to safemode.
Scan you computer for viruses and try kamandag's suggestion. Or go to nehpets given thread for more ideas on what to do.
