Right Click on Desktop.
Select Properties
Go To Screen Saver.
Click Power... on the Monitor power are.
Modify the Turn Of Hard Disk. 
It doesn't always work. But it is the second best thing...
If you're using Vista/Vista Ultimate. Just search for the .gadget on Microsoft
