I suggest don't install too much programs in your computer that serves no purpose...
Find a virus scanner program that actually blocks programs to make contact to the internet. I suggest try bitdefender... On my opinion, it's way better than kaspersky. 
Looking at the virus scan. I think your PC got infected by a auto installing malware program.

try to reformat again your HD and do it correctly. Don't be so on a hurry, spare more extra time on waiting
