let's start..
1) Open a picture in photoshop.. i Choose Victoria Beckham..

2) Duplicate Layer or press Ctrl+J..
Change Blend Mode to [b]OVERLAY[/b] and [b]100% opacity..[/b]

3)Now go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Channel Mixer.. Then Follow the Settings Below..

4)Then Layer>Flatten Image.. and VOILA! all done..
