CS4 takes a lot of RAM. Actually, I don't care about the RAM usage because my PC has a lot of RAM. But... I prefer mastering CS3 and CS2 before I move to CS4.

yea agree here. make sure you know all the stuffs and basics, everythin about basics on photoshop. before moving and getting the higher versions so you wont get late or get shocked of what cs4 contains cuzz you are used on its previous versions.
you can do a lot more with cs4 i know.btw, other cs4 versions or like modified doesnt eat up too much space. if you use kgb it is much easier to install and its pretty light other than the original cs4.
Anyway, for those who worry about Adobe CS4 specs.
