That is your problem.
Your movie maker needs updating in general...
It doesn't work because the program wasn't installed properly [i](Installed with missing components and files)[/i] or old components aren't compatible due to sudden updates [i](This happens when your Windows automatically updates without your discretion)[/i].
That's why I suggested to upgrade your program with your discretion. You can try reinstalling or upgrading.
I experienced this before in Windows Movie Make, that's why I switched to Premier Pro.

These problems usual happens on SP [i](Service Packs)[/i].
Also, Avoid typing in All Caps.
