I found out that old windows is sometimes faster that windows vista depends on the processor,,,but i found a solution to speed up my vista or your vista by changing your Appearance Settings [u][i][b]FOLLOW THESE TUTORIAL[/b][/i][/u].........these will change your theme,,because glossy themes make your vista slower
[b]Step1[/b] Go To Personalization as shown below

[b]Step5[/b]After thet Click on the Settings below Windows Aere and Windows Basic Then Click Ok
