But more often than not, this readjustments of speed happens much too early than whats necessary. [b]Here is a simple guide to keep the entire session stable when it comes to speed. Click ‘ Start > Settings > Control Panel ‘ to open the Windows XP Control Panel. In the Windows Control Panel double click the ‘ Phone and Modem Options ‘ Icon.
