Stickies most of the time consists of topics that are sought over and over.
Just like the ones on the [b]Tricks and Tutorials[/b] thread.
Or if a topic is significantly useful and is a backbone of a specific section,

Well it just depends on the moderator handling the section. for me important threads are the ones that should be made sticky

There are moderators assigned on each section.
Sometimes we [u]stick[/u] topics that are relevant to a [i]"topic of a section".[/i]
For example in the [b]Fashion[/b] section I decided make 2 topics a sticky.
Of which I believe are the usual topics discussed under [i]Fashion[/i].
[i]- Share Today's Hottest Trends in Style and Fashion!
- your OWN fashion SIGNATURE [/i]
It would really depend on the moderator assigned.
Members can also suggest to make a thread a sticky, as long as it's relevant.
