and log in..
If doesnt appear
again..
Try to
wait
maybe the
Problem is
your PC is too slow..
and maybe your internet
connection..

i think its because of your internet connection, i guess your connection is too slow..

I always experience this one everytime I use Globe broadband. 
Your problem is your internet connection.

hmm.. my internet connection is not a problem..
its fast.. and i can access any sites in seconds.. only Deviantart is like this i dunno why.. im using myDSL

i agree with her try also clean your private data
if you don't know... here's how
in firefox click the [tools] [private data] check all then click the [clear the private data now]
in internet explorer click the [tools] [internet option] then [delete cookies] and [delete files]
or use ccleaner here's the site http://www.ccleaner.com/

Maybe deviantart's site is overloaded. [or too many users and artworks so the server cannot handle it anymore]

I doubt your ISP has the problem...
I'm also experiencing this w/ my globe broadband.... w/ my old ISP (smartbro) never have encountered this problem not until I switch to globe. I'm suspecting one of globe's server has some recent problem and can't connect well to some addresses.
try requesting a new IP by repairing your internet connection in network connection or by resetting your modem. this is just to make sure you will be connected to a different server. though this will only temporarily fix the problem, later on your dslmodem will renew your IP and there's a chance you will be connected again to the server w/ problem. not so sure if I'm right but this is how i fix mine..
you can also use some proxy server(such as www.kproxy.com) if ever above method won't work. I don't really like recommending proxy server since it will only give you delay time. but this thing is very handy when connecting to a restricted regional addresses..

This happens to me on my script blocker (only if you don't have bandwidth problem) check and allow javascript if you are using browser plugins then reload.

i disabled all of my add ons and repaired my internet connection.. but still no good..

UPDATED! i can now acces DA.. i just reported my problem to my internet provider (PLDT) at it was solved..
