However, this does not exactly mean high definition, but rather the "original quality", meaning what it looked like before it was uploaded, since YouTube compresses the file. Either way, this is a neat trick to increase the visual quality when watching YouTube videos. NOTE: This trick ONLY works on videos that were originally uploaded in resolutions higher than 320 x 240. If you do not notice any visible changes, then the video was uploaded under 320 x 240 resolution. NOTE: The screen of the video will not increase, only the resolution of the video will increase.
