well. we still can use the third parties services. lot of sites provide emoticons that can be used. and you can use the image tag for that. you will have so many emoticons to show your emotions.

You can just google them, and we don't need to provide any links for you, because they are too many emoticons to share. You can find them easily by googling, especially the peace sign thingy.
