memory storage in ur pc... and dont worry ...
if it shows... its js a matter of caution... that the opened programs...
are quite ... plenty. this isnt a dangerous situation.. its kinda harmless

Update your Memory by Buying DDR RAM or upgrade it.
If you want your PC to survive big applications and memory usage. At least 1GB RAM is needed.

when an alert about virtual memory is low appeared,
it means ur primary storage or RAM can't support the
size of graphic or the application that u want to run....to settle this
just add ur RAM..

Uninstall unwanted applications or files. Virtual memory is OS alloted RAM for cache, Physical memory is the stick or little card peripheral inside your computer.
