In this tutorial, we'll learn to how to use Photoshop to remove a scar from a photograph, so that the resulting skin looks clean and without any notice of the previous tissue damage..
[b]Step-By-Step:[/b]
[b]1. [/b]Open the photograph in Photoshop. Be sure to save a backup of the photo.

[b]2. [/b]Select the Clone Stamp tool and zoom in on the scar.
[b]3.[/b] Right click to clone stamp select the area to the left or right of the scar.

[b]5.[/b] You may need to select a smaller brush size for the Clone Stamp in order to get finer details.
An effective way of clone stamping is to do multiple clicks over the area that you are covering.

6.[/b] Below, I ran into an issue with the lip. I selected an area of the lip that had the lip texture, but did not have the red tissue of the scar. Using this texture, I clone stamped over the crack in the lip.

[b]7. [/b]For the last step, I selected the lip texture again, but this time, I set the Clone Stamp tool Opacity to 40%, so that I could still have the texture, but I wanted to blend some areas.

9.[/b] If the scar damage is too severe, you can always look online for skin or lip texture from another photo and clone stamp that as well to repair any tissue damage within the scar.
