dont mind the negative
clean your mind with beautiful things
engage yourself in energetic activities
and free yourself from problems
just think that all problems have its corresponding solutions and answers

but if you study your lesson well and analyze it,
you will find it easier.

Am also a pessimist and i'm having a hard time adjusting my emotions despite my efforts
