I mean, if it is possible that if you post every time in your group, the upper part will not update.
Because as I experience, every time I post there while I'm listening to the music in our eGroup, the page always reload as I post and the music I play stops again.
I'm just asking if that's possible, if yes, then can we do that?

the upper part is steady.
([i]the description and the banner[/i])
the post body will only moved.
I think its impossible.
Once you post your message,
the forum will redirect automatically.
If the egroup is using an iframe its possible.
It takes a hard time for admin to do that
and its very complicated, it will mess up
the whole forum.

I have a better solution to your suggestion.
Open 2 browsers, ( eg: IE or FF )
both browsers URL is your group.
1 is for playing the music (mp3)
1 is for posting your message in your group.

Just only one browser will do 
just open a new tab for your eGroups player, and the other one is for your eGroups conversation. That's what I'm doing actually when I'm listening to our player. Usually I open 5 tabs for ftalk 
so far I dont have any problem as long as I can find a solution to my problem
I forgot [Ctrl + t] to open a new tab for your browser in case you don't know

Thats why i said browsers instead of tab.

Anyway he can choose the way he want

Maybe applying a link for the player to serve as a pop up can be an alternative.
