When I was a moderator and had an argument with a member, I did not use my position on controlling the situation. What I mean is I never curse or ban any member who I argued with. Instead, I consult my colleagues and ask for their opinions. Because if I did, it'll become somewhat bias.

Anyway just a tip, control the temper. Don't try to humiliate the others because honestly you are just embarrassing yourself. This goes on everybody.

There's a proper way on everything in order to pass the thoughts and ideas that we want to express.

All, I can say is...
Follow Rule 3 and 4. Some post are too emotional. Some even insulted and moc ed members for the sake of it. If you have problems that regards to me. Kindly report me to sir admin. http://theftalk.com/message_send.php?id=2 And report all you want. Just make sure you didn't started your own dilemma.
If you have question's like why ykisaragi16 was banned.
Flamming, trolling, multiple acccounts, and using her friend's account. Can be proven by other moderators.
Why did I reply to some of the member's attacking post?
They are insulting other members while posting profanities. Just trace them yourselves.
If I didn't stop those types of members? Will you guys do it? If so, maybe next time I won't bother.
Why was flint cursed? He insulted a female moderator. Calling the certain moderator...
My only question is... They all trolled and used profanities, while all my replies were calm. Was it my fault their emotions got the better of them?

Why you didn't explained to them those rather than using your authority immediately? They were seeking some answers on their questions. If you are lazy to do it, then ask other moderators. People have different point of views, what we can do is try to give them our point of views so that they can or might realized their mistakes or faults.

They never asked.
That's why I posted it already so the main ideas behind the topic before can be comprehended by our members.
Anyway, this isn't the only section I moderate. I actually post in our Help Section and other section. While some of the said members, just post to troll around other users. Is it even fair for them to even give their feedback? The way of feedback I know that required members who actually contribute to the forum or society. How can they actually give their feedback? They aren't even regular members? They aren't even active. The worst part is, they sometimes tend to block and harass the thread starter.
Tell me if I am wrong.
@eehjhay, look at flint's reply. It's obvious he didn't read my reply why I banned that certain member.
@Flint, Sorry if you feel that but.. I do not ban members without proper consent. Was it my fault that certain member used the word sh*tty? I am just following rule 3 and 4. Actually, if I was assigned in your account. I could have banned your already due to disrespecting members. But as I said, I am one of those moderators taking your case.

You could've just trash or delete the topic immediately, send a private message to the member. Other members misinterpret your actions from the incident, even I was shocked.
Anyway just kindly close my topic. This is just a feedback.
To conclude, it was such a disappointment on both sides.
