i tryed me its working. Maybe your image is to big. try to resize it and make it smaller.
Can i see your image ?

in ripway it will download when i upload my userbar

redo ur work and wait for whole image to load..
and display its efex b4 u save it..
one other reason is the file is too big...
lessen the frame...

Tinypic do not support the file PSD format, Try to make a copy of your userbar in [b]JPEG/PNG/GIF[/b] format. And upload it to Tinypic

Open your PSD file on your Photoshop and save it again as JPEG/PNG/GIF format but different name of file so your PSD file wont be remove
Another info. Tinypic cant support Photoshop documents format. Such as PSD, PDF, RAW,EPS. PDD etc. along its photoshop documents

Save it as JPG . When saving a file in photoshop we have these choices right?

Nyay. As I said. When saving a file in Photoshop you need to choose what file format you want it to be saved. Just play around with it. Click the down arrow on the "[b]format[/b]" to see the choices what format do you want it to be saved.
