It's kinda unfair on both sides...
Newbies can post, even if they are not even actively participating in most of the sections here in our forum. While some inactive members just login once in a while to troll other members, giving comment in our Suggestion And Feedback section.
Anyway, this will prevent major trolling or whatever in our Suggestion And Feedback if approved.
Some member's don't have the right to give a suggestion or feedback, because they haven't actually contributed anything to the forum.
Anyway, what do you guys think?

I will go for this also. But instead of Whiz and Elite, Let's make it Geek and Freak will do. At least 1K posts is enough. I'm sick of those members who got nothing to do is to troll/flame. blah blah.
We will handle those Newbies who got problem with this forum, [i]if we can handle it[/i]. They can post it in Help section in case they encountered some problems about FriendsterTalk or they can PM Moderators/Administrator in case its really important.

Oh yes. I agree with your proposal Ephe. 
It seems that these days, Members are trying to flame/troll Moderators on that section. They blame Moderators for this thing and so on..
And when Moderators trying to explain our side, members use that chance to disrespect the Moderator and then continually annoy the Moderator.
I'll go for 1k posts and 8 months registration (Active account).
