You must buy a bluetooth adapter. That's a hardware. 
Of If your unit has a has a usb cord[usually found wid the phone package], plug it in, then install
Nokia PC suite[if ur cphone is Nokia.]

Hmm .. There are Outlets in SM [called CD-R King] do sell this Bluetooth adapters~ ranging from 250 pesos up.
