to burst out the emotions there feeling to a member here
to share some common problems around here

well, as far as i know ranting involves here. i dont think ranting is allowed in this forum. hmmm~~
indirectly,it would cause chaos. it would also create flaming. 
no matter how much u say that the poster must post nicely, i dont think it could absolutely be followed.
let's see if mods will allow this, because basically., its a thread where u can tell what u feel regarding topics., members and moderators as well. Consequently, its could also lead to an attack of a certain member like, "i dont like *name here* coz he/she is *reactions here* .

^ Bel is right. If theres a RANTs theres a FLAMEs, expect that, especially if the members don't know how to follow the given rules/how to control their temper and etc. that may lead to a flaming. We respect that you want a freedom topic but the only problem is the flaming. Read the discussion [url=http://theftalk.com/t53030-Just-A-Suggestion.html][b]here[/b][/url] about this freedom board pros and cons. I hope you understand. Good Day.
