do you mean the signatures?
you can your sigture through USER CP at the TOP ^^
then PERSONALITY.
for spoiler

it is called a "siggy" or signature. just click "UserCP" (found on top of this page, right below FTalk banner), then click "Personality" (found at the left part)... you will find at the bottom part on how to put a "siggy" or signature.

as for the spoiler, when posting, just click the "spoiler" button and place your message inside that "spoiler". it will look like this:
