some members have been doing that already. i have been doin' that. my FTalk member card is already a part of my FS profile, and that it helped me a lot in achieving the Promoter's rank.
others are using the FTalk userbar, another add-on that helps promote our site.
anyway, it's a good idea.

You can do it by yourself with your very own way.
Or you can use the add-ons that provided by ftalk.
You can find it on your user cp.
And, friendster also provide ftalk member card as one of its widget.

That cost money to place ads on other sites, some sites charge flat rate and others by the click. Not sure that is something admin wants to do
