well it may not be the greatest but u can try freewebs
or piczo
(i dno if u can classify them as hosting sites)
but u can make ur own website nonetheless

well in piczo you need a lil knowledge on how to make graphics...
and i guess some html too
its prettty easy u can choose the theme for ur site
such as glitter and such
or make it blank to make ur own.

and yes it is free.
